I understand that by submitting this payment method Bodwell’s Septic Service, LLC will store my credit card and will process my credit card after the service is performed. Once the card has been processed it will be securely deleted or discarded from Bodwell's Septic Service's records.

I further understand that a 4% convenience fee applies to payments made by credit card or debit card. If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service date, I may be subject to a cancellation fee.
